ADMISSION NOTICE

FOR

ACADEMIC SESSION 2020-21

• The admissions to LKG will be granted on a first cum first served basis.
• Admissions to classes UKG to IX will be based on Assessment to be held on 8^th February 2020.
• The Admission Registration Forms and the School Brochure will be available for download on the school website from 15^th January 2020 onwards.
• The completed Admission Forms will be accepted at the school reception from 20^th January 2020 onwards (between 9 am and 1 pm) till the seats are filled.

NOTE: Incomplete Application Forms or Application Forms with cutting/overwriting will not be accepted.

• Parents are requested to go through the following checklist and keep the photo copies of all documents ready to be submitted along with the completed Application Form:  

Check list

1. Two photos of the child.
2. Two photos each of the parents/guardian.
3. Birth Certificate of the child (Original to be submitted at the time of admission)
4. Aadhar Card of the child (both sides).
5. Aadhar Card of the parents/ Guardian (both sides).
6. Address proof.
7. SC/ST/OBC certificate, if any.
8. Health Card of the child with details of vaccinations and blood group.
9. I-card of sibling studying in the school, if any.

NOTE:

• The application is likely to be rejected if any of the required documents are missing.
• The name of the child and parents should be the same on the Birth Certificate and Aadhar Cards.
• The Original documents (except Birth Certificate of the child) will be returned after verification at the time of admission.

Fee payable at the time of admission to LKG:

1. Registration Fee: Rs. 100/-

2. Admission Fee: Rs.7500/-

3. Security Deposit: Rs. 3000/- (Refundable)

4. Annual Charges: Rs. 3000/- (payable at the beginning of each Academic Session)

5. Fee for I^st Quarter (April to June): Rs. 5400/-

6. Diary and I-card: 130/-

TOTAL AMOUNT PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION : Rs. 19,130/-

Payment will be accepted by Bank Draft/ Pay Order only, drawn in favour of ‘GOLAYA PROGRESSIVE PUBLIC SCHOOL, PALWAL’, payable at Palwal.
