Note:

(i) Admission will be granted subject to verification of documents. If the address / DOB / any other detail given by the parent in the Registration Form is found to be incorrect, registration will be cancelled.

(ii)  The particulars in the Birth Certificate of the child and Aadhar Card should be same.

In case of a tie in the number of points the priority will be given as follows:

Ist Priority Candidates having siblings in GPPS

IInd Priority – Wards of Defence personnel/ Paramilitary personnel

IIIrd Priority – Candidates whose parents are Alumni of GPPS

IVth Priority – Girl Child

Vth Priority – Distance from school

 

 In case there is still a tie between candidates then priority will be on the basis of Registration number allotted at the time of submitting the Registration Form at school reception.

 

Please note:

(i) The name and date of birth of the child should be the same as mentioned on the birth certificate and Aadhaar Card.

(ii) Name of father and mother should be the same on both the child’s birth certificate and the Aadhaar Card of father/mother.

(iii) You are required to submit the proof of residence of the present address only, irrespective of the date from which you have been residing at the given address.

(iv) Kindly bring the originals of all documents for verification.

(v) Documents having any kind of cutting /over-writing will be rejected.

(vi) Original documents will be returned after verification.

(vii) Original Birth Certificate will be kept by the school at the time of admission. (The original Birth Certificate to be submitted at the time of admission should not be laminated.)

  1. PHOTOCOPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF THE CHILD ISSUED BY REGISTRAR OF BIRTHS AND DEATHS/MC
  1. PHOTOCOPY OF HEALTH CARD OF THE CHILD WITH DETAILS OF VACCINATION AND BLOOD GROUP
  1. IF THE CHILD BELONGS TO SC/ST/OBC CATEGORY, PHOTOCOPY OF RELEVANT CERTIFICATE TO BE PROVIDED
  1. PHOTOCOPY OF AADHAR CARD (BOTH SIDES) OF THE CHILD
  1. PHOTOCOPY OF AADHAR CARD (BOTH SIDES) OF THE CHILD'S MOTHER AND FATHER, IN CASE OF BOTH THE PARENTS                  

OR

           PHOTOCOPY OF AADHAR CARD (BOTH SIDES) OF THE CHILD'S FATHER / MOTHER IN CASE OF SINGLE PARENT

          (Single Parent option is applicable only for widow/widower / divorcee / separate family)

 

       6. THREE RECENT PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE CHILD (THESE COPIES SHOULD BE THE SAME AS THAT IS AFFIXED ON THE REGISTRATION FORM)

       7. PROOF OF RESIDENCE (Any one of the following)

  • Ration card issued in the name of father (having name of the child.)
  • Passport of father/child.
  • Domicile certificate of child or his / her father.
  • Voter Identity Card/EPIC of father.
  • Electricity Bill / BSNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill / Gas connection in the name of father.
  • Certificate from Employer of reputed and widely known companies on letter head. (Only public limited companies give address proof on company letter head along with seal. Computerised print-outs shall not be entertained)
  • Aadhaar card
  • Photocopy of the passbook of running bank account (Scheduled Public Sector Banks, Scheduled Private Sector Indian Banks and Regional Rural Banks only.)

       8. PHOTOCOPY OF SCHOOL I-CARD OF SIBLING (IF APPLYING FOR SIBLING CATEGORY)

      9. PHOTOCOPY OF CLASS X / XII CERTIFICATE OF PARENTS IN CASE APPLYING UNDER ALUMNI CATEGORY

            For parents to be considered Alumni, they should have completed class XII from this school (class X for students before the Academic Session 2000-01)

    10. FOR DEFENCE AND PARA-MILITARY CATEGORY PROOF OF A SERVING PERSONNEL / EX-SERVICEMAN TO BE SHOWN AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS

    11. Rs. 100/- (REGISTRATION FEE OF Rs. 50/- + SCRUTINY OF DOCUMENTS CHARGES OF Rs. 50/-)   IN CASH IS TO BE PAID AT THE SCHOOL RECEPTION OF JUNIOR WING AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION OF THE REGISTRATION FORM

Note: Registration Fees (Rs. 50/-)  + Scrutiny of Documents Charges (Rs. 50/-) = Rs. 100/- is NON REFUNDABLE.

 

BREAKDOWN OF FEES PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION OF SELECTED CANDIDATE IS AS UNDER :-

  1. ADMISSION FEE : Rs. 7,500/-
  2. SECURITY DEPOSIT : Rs. 3,000/- (REFUNDABLE) 
  3. ANNUAL CHARGES : Rs. 3,000/- (PAYABLE ONLY ONCE AT THE BEGINNING OF ACADEMIC SESSION)
  4. FEE FOR THREE MONTHS : Rs. 5,100/-

    1st Quarter (Apr to Jun)

  5. DIARY AND I-CARD: Rs. 70/-

    TOTAL AMOUNT PAYABLE: Rs. 18,670/-

This payment is accepted by Bank Draft / Pay Order only drawn in favour of 'GOLAYA PROGRESSIVE PUBLIC SCHOOL, PALWAL' payable at  PALWAL only.

 

BALANCE FEE PAYABLE

 

 Further Quarterly fees of Rs. 5100/- (per Quarter) is payable by Local Cheque / Pay Order drawn in favour of ‘GOLAYA PROGRESSIVE PUBLIC SCHOOL, PALWAL’ payable at Palwal in advance by 10th of the month at the beginning of each Quarter as under :-

 

 By 10th July - Fees for July to Sept

 By 10th Oct - Fees for Oct to Dec

 By 10th Jan - Fees for Jan to March
