STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE ONLINE ADMISSION FORM FOR LKG

KINDLY TAKE A PRINT-OUT AFTER ONLINE REGISTRATION AND SUBMIT THE SAME ALONG WITH THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND CASH OF Rs. 100/- AT SCHOOL RECEPTION BY 23 FEB 2018 BEFORE STARTING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING AVAILABLE WITH YOU:-
  • SOFT COPY OF THE CHILD’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE

  • SOFT COPY OF THE PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH OF THE CHILD

  • SOFT COPIES (BOTH THE SIDES) OF AADHAAR CARD OF THE CHILD (IF NOT AVAILABLE, THEN THE ENROLMENT SLIP)

  • SOFT COPIES (BOTH THE SIDES) OF AADHAAR CARD OF THE CHILD'S MOTHER AND FATHER / SINGLE PARENT 

          (Single Parent option is applicable only for widow / widower / divorcee / separate family)

  • AADHAAR NUMBER OF CHILD (IF NOT AVAILABLE, THEN, THE ENROLMENT NUMBER)

  • AADHAAR NUMBER OF BOTH PARENTS / SINGLE PARENT

          (Single Parent option is applicable only for widow / widower / divorcee / separate family)


Step 1

Click on the box next to child’s photo and upload the photo.

Step 2

Click on the box next to Child's birth certificate and upload the soft copy of the birth certificate.

Step 3

Fill the name and date of birth of the child. The name and date of birth should be the same as mentioned on the birth certificate and Aadhaar card.

Fill the Aadhaar number of the child. In case Aadhaar number is not available then Aadhaar enrolment number is to be given.

Click on the box next to Aadhaar and upload the soft copy of Aadhaar Card of the child. If Aadhaar Card of the child is not available, then, the soft copy of Enrolment Slip is to be uploaded.

Choose the applicant's category and sex from the drop down menu.

Step 4

Fill the name of father and mother of the child. Name of father and mother should be the same on both the child’s birth certificate and the Aadhaar card of father/mother.

Choose the option Single Parent / Both the parents and upload the soft copy/copies of Aadhaar Card(s).

Fill the other details of the parents. Annual income is required to be given in the space provided. In case of ‘Nil’ income of either parent, figure 0 is to be entered.

Step 5

Fill the contact details. Please ensure that the mobile no given for SMS is not registered for ‘Do not Disturb’ DND with the service provider as the school will not be able to send the SMS on such numbers. All the information regarding admission will be sent by the school through SMS only.

Step 6

Select the category you wish to apply under from the drop down menu

  • Defence category – Select Serving Defence/ Paramilitary or Ex serviceman as applicable otherwise select ‘No’.

  • Alumni Category – If father or mother is an ex student of Golaya Progressive Public School, select the appropriate category otherwise select ‘No’. For parents to be considered Alumni, they should have completed class XII from this school ( class X for students before the Academic Session 2000-01)

  • Sibling Category – If real brother/sister is studying in Golaya Progressive Public school, select ‘Yes’ otherwise select ‘No’. If yes is selected then another window will appear for entering the sibling details.

Step 7

Fill the address. In the landmark column, select the nearest landmark available to your house.

 

Step 8

Cross check all the details filled till now and thereafter Submit the form by clicking the ‘Submit Application’ Button below the map.

On successful submission a unique ID will be generated, note down the unique ID.

In case of any discrepancy in the points as shown on the form and as calculated by you, please notify the school at the time of submitting the application.

Please submit the printed form along with the required documents at the school reception by 23 Feb 2018 along with Rs. 100/- only (Registration charges: Rs 50/- + Scrutiny Charges: Rs. 50/-)

In case of a tie in the number of points the priority will be given as follows:

 

Ist Priority- Candidates having siblings in GPPS

 

IInd Priority – Wards of Defence personnel/ Paramilitary personnel

 

IIIrd Priority – Candidates whose parents are Alumni of GPPS

 

IVth Priority – Girl Child

 

Vth Priority – Distance from school

 

In case there is still a tie between candidates then priority will be on the basis of Registration number allotted at the time of filling the online application.

           (i) You are required to submit the proof of residence of the present address only, irrespective of the date from which you have been residing at the given address.

 

           (ii) Kindly bring the originals of all documents for verification.

 

           (iii) Documents having any kind of cutting /over-writing will be rejected.

 

           (iv) Original documents will be returned after verification.

 

           (v) Original Birth Certificate will be kept by the school at the time of admission. (The original Birth Certificate to be submitted at the time of admission should not be laminated.)

  • Certificate from Employer of reputed and widely known companies on letter head. (Only public limited companies give address proof on company letter head along with seal. Computerised print-outs shall not be entertained)
  • Aadhaar card
  • Photo passbook of running bank account (Scheduled Public Sector Banks, Scheduled Private Sector Indian Banks and Regional Rural Banks only.)

 

      8. PHOTOCOPY OF SCHOOL I-CARD OF SIBLING (IF APPLYING FOR SIBLING CATEGORY)

 

      9. PHOTOCOPY OF CLASS X/XII CERTIFICATE OF PARENTS IN CASE APPLYING UNDER ALUMNI CATEGORY

 

    10. FOR DEFENCE CATEGORY IN CASE OF SERVING PERSONNEL I-CARD TO BE SHOWN AT TIME OF SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS. FOR RETIRED PERSONNEL COPY OF PPO TO BE ATTATCHED.

 

    11. Rs. 100/- (REGISTRATION FEE OF RS 50/- + SCRUTINY OF DOCUMENTS CHARGES OF RS 50/-)   IN CASH IS TO BE PAID AT THE SCHOOL RECEPTION AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION OF THE FORM

 

            Note: Registration Fees (Rs. 50/-)  + Scrutiny of Documents Charges (Rs. 50/-) = Rs 100/- is NON REFUNDABLE.

Further Quarterly fees of Rs 5100/- (per Quarter) is payable by Local Cheque drawn in favour of ‘GOLAYA PROGRESSIVE PUBLIC SCHOOL, PALWAL’ payable at Palwal in advance by 10th of the month at the beginning of each Quarter as under :-

ADMISSION FROM CLASSES UKG TO IX WILL BE GRANTED TO STUDENTS BASED ON THE AVAILABILITY OF SEATS AND SUBJECT TO THE STUDENT PASSING THE ASSESSMENT TEST. IN CASE OF MORE NUMBER OF STUDENTS CLEARING THE ASSESSMENT, THE SEAT WILL BE GIVEN TO THE STUDENTS BASED ON THEIR PERFORMANCE IN THE ASSESSMENT.

The candidates will take a print-out of the Registration Form and will submit at the school reception along with required documents and three photographs of the candidate. The photograph should be the same that has been uploaded online. Admit Card will be valid ONLY after school stamp and signature. Admit Card will be  returned to be brought on the date of Assessment.

 

NOTE: THE DOCUMENTS OF THE CANDIDATES WILL BE VERIFIED ONLY IF THE SEATS ARE AVAIABLE IN THE RESPECTIVE CLASS AND SHE/HE QUALIFIES THE ASSESSMENT .
