THE LIST OF STUDENTS WHO HAVE QUALIFIED THE ASSESSMENT

HELD ON SATURDAY, 8 FEBRUARY 2020 HAS BEEN DISPLAYED ON

SCHOOL NOTICE BOARD.

PARENTS WHOSE WARDS HAVE QUALIFIED WILL BE INFORMED THROUGH SMS ALSO.

 

 

ADMISSION  FOR ACADEMIC SESSION 2020 - 21 WILL BE DONE AS PER THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMME

DATE OF ASSESSMENT TEST

5.

DECLARATION OF LIST OF QUALIFIED CANDIDATES

1) ADMISSION FROM CLASSES UKG TO IX WILL BE GRANTED TO STUDENTS BASED ON THE AVAILABILITY OF SEATS AND SUBJECT TO  ASSESSMENT.

2) DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION :-

  1. PHOTOCOPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY REGISTRAR OF BIRTHS AND DEATHS/MC
  2. PHOTOCOPY OF REPORT CARD
  3. IF THE CHILD BELONGS TO SC/ST/OBC CATEGORY, PHOTOCOPY OF RELEVANT CERTIFICATE TO BE PROVIDED
  4. AADHAR CARD OF THE CHILD AND THE PARENTS
  5. PROOF OF ADDRESS
  6. REGISTRATION AND ASSESSMENT CHARGES  :    Rs. 100/- ( TO BE PAID IN CASH)

 

3) FEES PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION:-

  • ADMISSION FEE                   :         Rs 7500/-
  • SECURITY DEPOSIT             :         Rs 3000/- (REFUNDABLE)             
  • ANNUAL CHARGES              :         Rs 3000/-
  • FEE FOR THREE MONTHS   :         AS PER CLASS

  • I-CARD, DIARY AND

BALANCE FEE PAYABLE

Further Quarterly fees of Rs. 5400 / 5700 / 6000 / 6600/- (As per class) is payable by Local Cheque drawn in favour of ‘GOLAYA PROGRESSIVE PUBLIC SCHOOL, PALWAL’ payable at Palwal in advance by 10th of the month at the beginning of each Quarter as under :-

                   By 10th July         - Fees for July to Sept

                   By 10th Oct          - Fees for Oct to Dec

                   By 10th Jan          - Fees for Jan to March

NOTE: SOME MORE SEATS ARE LIKELY TO BE AVAILABLE BY END MARCH DUE TO PARENTS APPLYING FOR TC ON COMPLETION OF ACADEMIC SESSION.

PARENTS SEEKING ADMISSION TO ABOVE CLASSES MAY GET THEIR WARDS REGISTERED FOR ADMISSION AND MAKE THEM APPEAR FOR THE ASSESSMENT AT THEIR OWN RISK AND COST. ADMISSIONS WILL BE GRANTED IN CASE OF SEATS BECOMING AVAILABLE DUE TO EXISTING STUDENTS TAKING TRANSFER CERTIFICATES FROM THESE CLASSES. 

Note:          Registration and Assessment Fee of Rs. 100/- is NOT REFUNDABLE .
