NOTE: FOR CLASS VI ONWARDS, RELAXATION UPTO 6 MONTHS CAN BE GIVEN IN THE UPPER AGE LIMIT.

 

ADMISSION FROM CLASSES UKG TO IX WILL BE GRANTED TO STUDENTS BASED ON THE AVAILABILITY OF SEATS AND SUBJECT TO THE STUDENT ASSESSING THE ASSESSMENT. IN CASE OF MORE NUMBER OF STUDENTS CLEARING THE ASSESSMENT, THE SEAT WILL BE GIVEN TO THE STUDENTS BASED ON THEIR PERFORMANCE IN THE ASSESSMENT.

 

Please note:

           (i) The name and date of birth of the child should be the same as mentioned on the birth certificate and Aadhaar Card.

           (iI) Name of father and mother should be the same on both the child’s birth certificate and the Aadhaar Card of father/mother.

          (iii) You are required to submit the proof of residence of the present address only, irrespective of the date from which you have been residing at the given address.

           (iv) Kindly bring the originals of all documents for verification.

           (v) Documents having any kind of cutting /over-writing will be rejected.

           (vi) Original documents will be returned after verification.

           (vii) Original Birth Certificate will be kept by the school at the time of admission. (The original Birth Certificate to be submitted at the time of admission should not be laminated.)

 

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION ALONG WITH FILLED REGISTRATION FORM:-

  1. PHOTOCOPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY REGISTRAR OF BIRTHS AND DEATHS / MC (ALL THE DETAILS IN AADHAAR CARD, BIRTH CERTIFICATE, TRANSFER CERTIFICATE  AND REPORT CARD SHOULD BE SAME.)
  2. IF THE CHILD BELONGS TO SC/ST/OBC CATEGORY, PHOTOCOPY OF RELEVANT CERTIFICATE TO BE PROVIDED
  3. PHOTOCOPY OF AADHAR CARD (BOTH SIDES) OF THE CHILD
  4. PHOTOCOPY OF AADHAR CARD (BOTH SIDES) OF THE CHILD'S MOTHER AND FATHER, IN CASE OF BOTH THE PARENTS

OR

           PHOTOCOPY OF AADHAR CARD (BOTH SIDES) OF THE CHILD'S FATHER / MOTHER IN CASE OF SINGLE PARENT 

             (Single Parent option is applicable only for widow/widower / divorcee / separate family)

      5. AMOUNT TO BE PAID IN CASH: Rs. 100/- ( REGISTRATION CHARGES : Rs. 50/- + SCRUTINY CHARGES : Rs. 50/- )

      6. PHOTOCOPY OF RESULT OF FIRST TERM / HALF YEARLY EXAM / FEE RECEIPT / I-CARD OF LAST ATTENDED CLASS FROM THE OTHER SCHOOL

      7. PROOF OF RESIDENCE (Any one of the following)

  • Ration card issued in the name of father (having name of the child.)
  • Passport of father/child.
  • Domicile certificate of child or his / her father.
  • Voter Identity Card/EPIC of father.
  • Electricity Bill/BSNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill/Gas connection in the name of father.
  • Certificate from Employer of reputed and widely known companies on letter head. (Only public limited companies give address proof on company letter head along with seal. Computerised print-outs shall not be entertained)
  • Aadhaar card
  • Photocopy of passbook of running bank account (Scheduled Public Sector Banks, Scheduled Private Sector Indian Banks and Regional Rural Banks only)
  • Three recent passport size photographs of the candidate (same as affixed on the Regn. Form)

 

Note:

1. Admit Card will be given on the day of submission of Registration Form and required documents. Admit Card must be brought on the date of Assessment.

2. The documents of the candidates will be verified only if the seats are available in the respective class and she/he qualifies the assessment.

At the time of Admission, the total of above charges are to be paid by Bank Draft only in the name of  'GOLAYA PROGRESSIVE PUBLIC SCHOOL, PALWAL' payable at PALWAL only.

BALANCE FEE PAYABLE

Further Quarterly fees of Rs. 5100 / 5400 / 5700 / 6300/- (as per class) is payable by Local Cheque / Pay Order drawn in favour of ‘GOLAYA PROGRESSIVE PUBLIC SCHOOL, PALWAL’ payable at Palwal in advance by 10th of the month at the beginning of each Quarter as under :-

By 10th Jan Fees for Jan to Mar

 

NOTE:

  1. Parents seeking admission to above classes may get their wards registered for admission and make them appear for the assessment at their own risk and cost. Admissions will be granted in case of seats becoming available due to existing students taking transfer certificates from these classes.
  2. Charges of Brochure with Registration Form is Rs. 100/-
  3. Registration Fee and scrutiny of documents is Rs. 100/-
  4. Charges of Brochure, Registration Fee and scrutiny of documents (total Rs. 200/-) is non-refundable.
